EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

AUTHORITY AND ADMINISTRATION

These Guidelines are established and adopted by the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus (the “Assembly”). The General Convention Committee (the “Committee”) administers and enforces these Guidelines and is responsible for reviewing exhibitor applications and approving or denying exhibitors for the General Convention, acting under authority delegated by the Assembly. Approval and denial decisions are made by the Committee. [or by a designated Exhibitor Subcommittee, subject to Committee ratification — Committee to confirm].

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

  1. Connect Bishops, Pastors, Ministers, and lay members with resources and services that can enhance or benefit their local church or ministry, as well as their personal lives.
  2. Create an opportunity for professional, ministry, and lay networking.

KINDS OF EXHIBITORS GENERALLY ACCEPTED

  1. Departments of the Assembly approved at the local, district, or national level.
  2. Businesses or ministries owned, operated, or endorsed by an Assembly Bishop or Pastor in good standing.
  3. Businesses owned or operated by Assembly members, accompanied by a letter of recommendation from their Pastor.
  4. Secular businesses with a good reputation offering products or services that directly benefit local churches, ministries, or individuals.

KINDS OF EXHIBITORS GENERALLY REJECTED

  1. Vendors not aligned with the Assembly’s standards, doctrines, and policies.
  2. Vendors of questionable reputation. For purposes of these Guidelines, and as determined by the Committee, “questionable reputation” may include: vendors with unresolved legal judgments; a documented history of fraud, dishonesty, or unresolved consumer complaints; or products, services, or conduct inconsistent with the Assembly’s standards.
  3. Vendors that do not offer products or services directly benefiting local churches, ministries, or individuals, or that offer items or activities not permitted in the arena, for example, [tobacco, alcohol or vaping products, weapons, gambling, or any item prohibited by the host venue or by the Apostolic Assembly standards].
  4. Member businesses or ministries that do not provide a letter of recommendation from their Pastor. [Scoped to Assembly members/ministries; secular businesses under “Generally Accepted” #4 are not expected to furnish a Pastor’s letter.]

CATEGORY AND CAPACITY LIMITS

The Committee may limit the total number of exhibitors, and the number of exhibitors offering the same or a similar category of products or services (for example, veils / velos, apparel, jewelry, or media), based on the space available and the goal of maintaining a balanced and varied exhibit floor.

When qualified applicants in a category exceed the space available, the Committee will select among them on a neutral, consistently applied basis. A denial based solely on category or capacity limits does not reflect on the applicant’s standing or reputation.

DOCTRINAL AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

No exhibitor — including secular booksellers and Assembly-member booksellers — may sell, promote, or distribute any book, publication, recording, or other material that teaches or promotes doctrine contrary to the standards, doctrines, and policies of the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus. This restriction applies regardless of the exhibitor’s category of approval.

EXCLUSIVE OVERSIGHT

  1. Exhibitors may not sell, promote, or distribute published or copyrighted material — such as print or digital resources including, but not limited to, books, Bibles, Bible studies, and the online “Strategy of Jesus” — that is published by the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus. Such material may be sold, promoted, or distributed only through the Assembly’s sole authorized publishers.
  2. Exhibitors offering ministries or services similar to those offered by the Apostolic Assembly must be approved or recommended by the General Convention Committee.
  3. Exhibitors wishing to promote digital resources (such as podcasts, YouTube channels, blogs, or social-media platforms) should be members of the Apostolic Assembly and must provide samples of the resource to the Committee for review.

APPROVAL PROCESS AND APPEALS

  1. Exhibitor applications are submitted to the Committee by [October 30, 2026]. Each application is reviewed against these Guidelines.
  2. The Committee notifies each applicant of approval or denial in writing, and may approve an application subject to conditions.
  3. An applicant whose application is denied may submit a written appeal to the administrator that oversees the exhibition booths within [ten (10)] days of the date of the denial notice, stating the basis for reconsideration. The decision on appeal is final.
