CONVENTION EXHIBIT BOOTHS

• Each booth is 10’ x 10’ and will consist of (1) 6-foot table draped, (2) folding chairs & (1) a wastebasket, AND an 8.5″x11″ advertisement of your business on the APOCON.org website.
• The Administration will determine the location of the booth
• Since there is a limited number of booths, they will be processed by application ONLY and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This application DOES NOT guarantee a booth.

Event Schedule and Access

• Setup: Exhibitors may begin setting up their merchandise on Wednesday, November 26th, after 1:00 PM.
• Sales Period: Sales will be permitted from Thursday, November 27th, through Saturday, November 30th, during operating hours.
• Teardown: All merchandise must be removed, and the exhibit hall vacated by 9:00 PM on Saturday, November 30th.

Note: Absolutely no sales are permitted before Thursday, November 27th.
